John, our downstairs tenant, took this lovely picture of Janice and Evan on the front steps. We sold the house to John and his wife (and some friends) this morning. We close at the end of the month.

The painting is almost done. It's looking good.

Financing came through! We close on our credit line extension tomorrow, then set a new date and time to close on the new house.

I can't wait to get started.

Of course, there's still the matter of selling our current house...
