I recently discovered some new chocolate. It's from a company called Chuao Chocolatier. I particularly enjoy the Chinita Nibs bar. It has a great texture, a bit crunchy, with just the right amount of nutmeg to make it seem like it might not really have nutmeg in it, but it kind of tastes like it. mmmmm.
I hear they use El Rey chocolate. Good stuff. Only problem with El Rey is that the picture of the cacao tree on their home page is anatomically incorrect. The cacao pods grow on the trunk of the tree in addition to the branches.
